I know what's it's like to live a life that isn't full of joy & happiness....spent way too many days and sleepless nights living there....then one day I made a powerful choice to stop living there!

I wrote down 8 things I could do each day or week that would give me the greatest sense of love, joy and fulfilment.....below is that list, I hope it helps give you some ideas to take back your power and start loving life and living life on your own terms!

1. Wake up early and do something FUN before your normal day starts!

2. Plan something each week which blows your mind and makes you feel so alive! Yes, that might mean jumping out of a plane tomorrow!

3. Contribute to someone's life! Who needs help? How Can you add value and impact upon their life and current situation!

4. Save $10 a day just for your "one day" account and you can spend it on whatever your heart desires in 12 months - $3650! Guilt free!

5. Say I love you to someone....Every single day and find a way to make someone in your life feel loved and special.

6. Take a Look in the mirror, smile and say I love you to the person looking back at you and let them know that you can't wait to see how much more beautiful and Amazing they become with each passing day!

7. Break your routine at least one day a week!
Do something you would never imagine doing to shock your system and keep you from becoming stagnant and getting into a rut!......Prevention is always better than having to find a cure!

8. Be spontaneous - once a week just do it! Buy a plane ticket to Hawaii and don't pack...just go! You got to live a little and be adventurous!

Life is too short to live by rules that keep you from being happy and loving life just so you can look normal and fit in....Stop playing by those rules, that's rule number one!

You impress no one when you're not happy within and aren't in control of your life or doing what gives you the greatest sense of joy and fulfilment.
